1. Peel kiwifruit. Place
in a blender; blend until
smooth. Strain mixture
through a sieve over a
bowl. Discard seeds.

lemon juice. Stir until
sugar is dissolved. Stir in
strained kiwifruit Cover
and chill. To serve, slowly
pour chilled carbonated
water into mixture; stir.

Pour
lemonade ewer the ice.

Peel

juice concentrate

. In small bowl, combine
grape juice and ’4 cup of
water. Pour mixture into

’/4-quart baking dish.
Repeat with orange juice
and ’/4 cup water and
pour into another baking
dish. In a third mixing
bowl, combine limeade,
’/4 cup water, and food
coloring Pour into a third
baking dish. Freeze all for

hours or until firm.

Break up ice mixtures
slightly with a spoon.
